Commissions

The Process

I work from photographs which reduces the cost by eliminating lengthy sittings and associated travel. You will need to provide digital pictures for reference. I will paint from the picture you select. Once this is complete the price can be established.

I will provide a sketch for approval and then you can pay the 40% nonrefundable deposit.

The completed work will usually be available in 4-6 months.

Oil Portrait Commissions

• Portraits start at $800.00 for an 11 x 14 inch canvas or panel which is the smallest portrait I offer.
• Minimum sizing requirements apply. I usually do not paint portraits of a face that is smaller than a fist size. 
• Framing and shipping expenses are additional.
• Add 50% for each additional figure included.
• A 40% non-refundable deposit is required before the work is started. 

Watercolor Portrait Commissions

• Portraits start at $300.00 on 16 x 20 watercolor paper.
• Minimum sizing requirements apply. I usually do not paint portraits of a face that is smaller than a fist size. 
• Framing and shipping expenses are additional.
• Add 50% for each additional figure included.
• A 40% non-refundable deposit is required before the work is started.
